Kimchi Tuna Rice Balls

Fun & delicious kimchi tuna rice balls! Great as a side dish, main dish, snack, lunch...etc!

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 150 g kimchi
  • 200 g white rice cooked
  • 1 pack roasted seaweed (Korean gim)

Instructions

  • Chop/mince kimchi.
  • Drain tuna oil/water and transfer tuna into a bowl.
  • Add minced kimchi, mayo and mix altogether.
  • With cooked rice, add sesame oil and mix.
  • Merge rice and kimchi tuna mixture.
  • With plastic gloves, mold and roll the mixture into balls.
  • Toss a pack of seaweed (gim) into a plastic bag and scrunch up the seaweed.
  • Cover rice balls with seaweed and serve!
