Kimchi Tuna Rice Balls
Fun & delicious kimchi tuna rice balls! Great as a side dish, main dish, snack, lunch...etc!

- 1 can tuna
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 150 g kimchi
- 200 g white rice cooked
- 1 pack roasted seaweed (Korean gim)
Chop/mince kimchi.
Drain tuna oil/water and transfer tuna into a bowl.
Add minced kimchi, mayo and mix altogether.
With cooked rice, add sesame oil and mix.
Merge rice and kimchi tuna mixture.
With plastic gloves, mold and roll the mixture into balls.
Toss a pack of seaweed (gim) into a plastic bag and scrunch up the seaweed.
Cover rice balls with seaweed and serve!
