Today’s recipe is a simple one – with only 6 ingredients needed! All the ingredients individually taste great, but when formed into a rice ball, it tastes even better!
This is a perfect snack, lunch recipe or even a meal you can pack a picnic or an outing. It’s a great recipe to make with your family on the weekend and the kids will love it!
For my rice balls, I chose to add bacon and egg as the main ingredients, but feel free to mix it up with your choice of protein and veggies.
More rice balls recipes will be coming up too, so definitely keep an eye out!
I also suggest having them right away for better taste, but you can either leave it out for 3-4 hours or store it in the fridge for 6-7 hours, and then reheating it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds before serving. But I highly recommend finishing it within the day.
Why Rice Balls?
Why form it into a rice ball? Simple- it’s because you can taste all the flavours in one go! Plus, it’s fun to make if you have extra time! It’s also a great activity you can do with your kids during the weekend.
This recipe makes around 8-10 rice balls, depending on how big you form it into.
