Delicious Crab Rice Balls

crab rice balls

Let's make some crab rice balls!

This recipe is perfect to serve for a party, bring to a picnic or even have for a quick lunch! You can swap out the crab sticks for real crab meat or even swap it out with canned tuna, cooked salmon - it's up to you!

You can also take out the sriracha if you are making it for your kids- it'll still taste just as good.

This recipe makes 8 small rice balls, which is ideal for 1 person. So definitely double up the ingredients if you're serving for 2!

.

What type of rice should I use?

I get a lot of questions about the type of rice I use, and I use short grain sticky rice (sushi rice). You want to get this type of rice as you want the rice balls to stick as you're forming them.
