Ingredients
Instructions
-
If your rice paper rolls are in a shape of a circle, cut 4 of your rice papers into 4s so you can stick them onto the corners of your seaweed sheet.
-
Lay out your seaweed onto a flat surface. Then soak your rice paper in warm water for 5 seconds on each side. Make sure you shake off the excess water and then stick in onto your seaweed.
-
With your cut rice paper pieces, dunk in water and stick onto each corner of the seaweed. Set it aside and then repeat.
-
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on each sheet.
-
Then, get your hair dryer out and apply heat onto the sheets. I did it for 5-10 minutes and then waited an hour to naturally dry.
-
Once your sheets are fully dried, get your pan out and add cooking oil. Make sure the pan is covered with oill and it should be about 2cm thickness. Turn up heat.
-
While the oil is heating up, cut your sheets into 4s. Then carefully drop your rice paper seaweeds into the oil. The rice paper side should be touching the oil first!
-
Remove excess oil and transfer on to a plate. Season with salt or sugar and enjoy!
