When the chili oil recipe was going viral, I remember craving for it even though I never tried it. One day, I decided to order pre-made chili oil, which was the beginning of my chili oil pasta recipe.

Because I didn’t order noodles with it, I chose to try the chili oil thin pasta (angel hair pasta) instead. It was surprisingly really good, especially with some crispy bacon and fried egg on top!

This recipe works well with any noodles I believe – as I have seen people make it with ramen noodles as well. If you love a spicy dish, you’ll love this recipe! But beware, it’s quite addicting…!

This recipe is perfect for lunch, or even a cheeky midnight meal!

Chili Oil

You can make your own chili oil with sesame seeds, chili powder, spring onions, vinegar…and the list goes on. But I purchased a pre-made chili oil, which made everything easier, and just added some toppings and extra sauces to go with it!
