Fried Egg Over Rice (Gyeran Bap)

Gyeran bap is fried egg over rice- a simple and easy dish to whip up or a dish you can make with ingredients you most likely already have at home.

It's a dish many Koreans love making when they are feeling lazy, or don't have many ingredients at home. Even with a few ingredients, it will definitely be a full on meal and you will be left full, so let's go!

What about Side Dishes?

Gyeran bap goes really well with some Korean roasted seaweed (gim), that you can find at your local Asian store or even with a side of crunchy kimchi. If you don't have anything to serve it with, have it alone! But make sure to mix everything up before having a bite!
