Easy Creamy Tomato Noodles

Delicious & easy creamy tomato ramen noodles!

Ingredients

  • 2 strips bacon
  • 1 packet ramen noodles
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml cooking cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp chicken powder
  • 80 ml tomato sauce
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 pieces peperoncino
  • parsley flakes optional

Instructions

  • Begin by dicing 1/4 of an onion.
  • Then slice 2 strips of bacon into small pieces.
  • Heat up on pan to medium heat and cook your bacon and diced onions with oil.
  • While that's cooking, in a pot, add water and bring to boil.
  • When bacon and onions are golden brown, add 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
  • Then pour in 100ml of milk + 50ml of cooking cream. Skip the cooking cream step if you don't have it and instead add more milk.
  • Turn to low heat and add 1/2 Tbsp of chicken powder and 3-4 pieces of peperoncino until it thickens. Then add your tomato sauce.
  • Add ramen noodles or noodles of choice into the boiling water. Let it cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  • Add the noodles quickly into the pan and mix with sauce.
  • Sprinkle parsley flakes for extra flavour. Enjoy!
